The base for test plan is the Functional Specification
Document.Once you have the FSD then you start creating test
plan.
For entry criteria following are the base:
FSD is ready
Build is ready
Test cases are ready
For exit criteria following are the base:
All functions present in FSD are present in the product and
all functions are working.
All planned test cases are executed.
