Domain means functional related knowledge,
Banking Domain:it deals with cutomers i.e depositera
barrowers..tec.
bank fuctions are two types
1.manual banking process
2.online banking process
Even in both of the above types computerisation is possible.
Prime banking activities are :
1.Cash deposits(long term,mid term,short term,
2.Cash payments/receipts
3.Loans
4.Online banking
5.Personal loans
6.Home loans
7.Vehicle loans
8.Mutual funds
9.Monet transfer in Cheques/DD's..etc

Banking domain means you should have functional knoledge of

If You come for Medical/Hospital/Health Care domain
mainly it deals withhospital core activities like

Hi,
Actuatly these domains are
extremely similar.
Profit and loss can be applied to
both domains.
You have a leg amputated at the hospital,
so your account is in deficit by a leg.
In leymans terms, it's like overdrawing by
5$ on you current bank account.
So I concur, you could apply the same test
scenario to eithre domain with minimal
adjustment of the process, just slight
technical detail would need modification.
So if you have a letter from the bank to
say your interest rate is going up by a
leg from next tuesday then you see the
relationship can't you?
