carried out in the most beneficial way.

resposibilty.QA process is implented from bigning of
project but Tester is involved at developent phase when
build is ready to release for testing.

involved in testing.

BRS/FRS released after Intial/Analysis/Designed Phase

At the same time BRS/FRS released to Development and
testing departments.

to the testing team they start testing and they end up till
the completion of SDLC
