Hi all am a btech guy,I have 6years gap,in the beginning I
worked as a lecturer and thereafter I worked in abroad in a
construction company.since I came back to India
I had setup my own business,but that did not clicked.now am
trying for a call center.
So in the interview,if they ask me why am I joining in a
call center what should I answer?
Because a person who has 6years gap and worked in abroad
never joins in a callcneter,so please give the right
answer,what it should be?

Hi dear ,I would appreciate if u keep the following points
in mind before going for any interview:
(1):We r going for interview because we need job ,same the
HR who is sitting there to take interview equally need a
good candidate for his organisation ,they also have there
deadlines so both r on same page as we need them they also
need us ,so be confident.
(2):U have done Btech ,i know sometime it is realy
difficult to make career in our field ,in the starting we
will get very less salary ,but i would advice u if u can
try to find out job in your field only ,if u want to join
BPO try to work for TECHNICAl Process.
(3):In BPO ,the most important things that the interviewer
look into interview are :
a.Communication Skills,
b.Stability,
c.Positive Attitude
what ever reason u give for the gap these qualities must be
there even u want to skipp anything u can do.

Why do think like that, be positive man. Who told the
person who came from abroad never join in a call center.
You want to join in a call center,u need not have past
experience. They want only good communication skills and
good english.if any one ask like that you tell what u have
done in abroad.

hi u must tell to tthe intervier that u r dream was going
to abroad and now geeting experience over there i would
like to use my skills here. like to work in acall center we
must now some knowledge about their culture and their
behavior .and u can better understand how the opposite
person speaks .thats all

if u will face that type of question u should give answer like

( sir . i have six months gap, in that i have done some
jobs .but i didnt got any chance to excell my tallent
completly. i want to do a job in which has more intraction
with the public.thats why i want join in callcenter)
