Very good morning/afternoon/evening, My name is xyz about my qualification i completed b.com use full name of b.com(bachelor of Commerce)from xyz collage at malakpet. i am from Hyderabad & staying at santosh nagar. my hobbies are playing cricket charting with friends listening music & dancing. I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me? Also if they will do this , do i need to tell in my new job interviews about the offer letter which i got from wipro? If not , then how i can i explain my gap
