How do you know when your code has met specifications?..

When they prepare the test plan they also define the exit
criteria of an application and by discussing with the
client. for ex. exit criteria will be like no high level
bugs, no medium bugs and 1 or 2 small bugs. Defining the
exit criteria changes from company to company.
