We need to follow following list of process while CR comes
up,
1. Feasibility Study
2. Impact Analysis (based on Tracability Matrix if exists)
3. Estimation (will be affected if the client have chances
to provide further)
4. Implementation
5. Testing (should be careful about existing functionality)
6. Deployment and Deliverables

I agree with Subramanyam fully
and also I want to add some more points to that
1. if CR is small (<4) then Project Manager can assign to
some developers to work on this
2. If CR is Major then it has to be approved by the Change
control board (Statke holders)
3. CI form should be sent to the client and needs his
approval

Once CR is identified, Need to do Feasibility Study, impact
analysis & estimation. Then most important thing is approval
on CR is required from the concern stakeholder( can be SCB
also).
Post approval design( if required for major CR),
development, test plan -test cases preparation, unit test,
integration test.
Finally it needs to go in UAT for acceptance.

A CR is raised, followed by TIME and COST. Finally, need to
agree on some date and then carry on with usual process.

The managing director of the company is very keen for improvements to be made in these areas. -- You are in charge of a project team of 8 developers, 2 requirements engineers and 3 testers. Your team is just about to start a new development. System to Develop :( Exact Question ) ------------------------------------- -- Your team is about to start to develop a novel vehicle navigation system for physically impaired drivers. The navigation system not only identifies the correct route for the driver in the normal way, but also controls the steering wheel to navigate the car to the destination identified by the driver. -- A basic statement of requirements has been received from the customer and budget and timescales have been formalised into a contract.
