How to calculate ht side cable of 630 kva oil cooled outdoor transformer?..

You can simply calculate HT FLA like- MVA/Sq root of 3x HV
or my simple technic KVA/19.20, 630/19.20= 32.81A is HT side Full load current and you can use 2 times higher ratings cable....
