in simple term residential building in slab having a thickness
110 to 125 mm provided Reinforcement generally #8@150 c/c for
distributer bar & #8@200 c/c spacing then calculation says that 5.530+1.825 => 7.355 Kg Per Sq mtr in slab
i also consider this figure may variously According to structure type

if a 1 storey building is constructed without columns&beams and having the thickness of walls 12" in which cement&sand mortar is used what is the lifespan of building
