motor ideal timing some of back emf in motor side.then start the motor bemf will be high after motor reach the speed bemf will be zero.

In Idle Condition of the Motor and there is no back EMF generated in the motor to appose the applied voltage motor will draw very high current with respect to the applied Voltage as per the Ohms law with Low Winding resistance.
Once the Motor starts running it will generate back EMF which will appose the applied Voltage and the Current will draw as the speed Picks up
