how to calculate the quantity of material in 1 cubic meter Concrete?
Answer / kashif khan
Qty of concrete= 1 cum
wet volume = 1 cum
Dry volume = 1*1.54 = 1.54
First of all we calculate the ratio of concrete e.g 1:2:4
2nd step; Sum of ratio = 1+2+4 = 7
Qty of cement = 1/7*1.54 = 0.21999 cum/0.035 = 6.2854286 bages
Qty of sand = 2/7*1.54 = 0.44 cum
Qty of crush = 4/7*1.54 = 0.88 cum
