An UPS is a device that allows a computer to keep running for at least a short time when primary power is lost. it also provides protection from power surges.
thats converting incoming AC to DC through a rectifier and converts it back with an inverter.

Explain why we are using the bridge rectifier in most of the circuits instead of full wave rectifier even though the output of both are same?
