can u tell me the upgradation issues in oracle apps..

My database version is 11.2.0.1 and E business suit is 11.5.10.2
Upgrading to R12.0.6. I am getting error on running adadmin from R12 environment.
Error while loading shared libraries: libnnz10.so: sannot open shared object file.
And on running autoconfig from app R12. I am getting error :attempting upload of context file and templates to database error executing begin fnd_gsm_util.upload_context_file .reports_port is missing in context file
