for criteria the selecting of pipe on the baiss of thir class i.e c class,d class and on schedule basis like
for cold water -pipe c-class schedule 40

It is based upon flowing media and pressure

Based on media, material will be decided.
Based on Pressure, pipe line schedule will be decided.


If it is DM water, SS piping is preferable
If is Service/Fire water/CW, MS is preferable with required schedule

If you have more money you can select SS pipe also for the above applications.
