i got i20 and they said i have been accepted as a conditional graduate student(b'coz toefl score is 69) and once you come here the university coordinator will give you an ESL program.i want to know about this program ... is it difficult?is there any problem to go with conditional i20 to visa?

My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help

I have done my MBA (finance and marketing) in 2004 and have worked for 5 years. Now I want to apply for MBA program in USA.Please let me know if Visa officer at consultate puts me a question, why do you want to go for MBA again ? ( Having MBA in 2004 and 5 years experience)..Please suggest me with suitable answer.. I have completed my P.G Diploma Form U.K and now i want to study Global MBA in U.S.A. I have applied to U.S.A Visa Three Times. I have applied 2 times From London U.S Embassy for visit Visa (b2) and one time From New Delhi for Student F1 Visa for Southern new Hampshire University. Now i am applying for the same university. All the 3 times i was rejected under section 214(b). This will be 4th U.S Visa Interview. My Sponsor is my Uncle who is U.S Citizen my father due to some loss in business he could not able to support me my father is having only Rs 6-8 Lacs in his A/C which is not sufficient for university which i have selected. Please guide as i have to face interview in next month. What will be the chances of getting visa?

I passes my 12th in 2008 and for two years i was trying to get admission in the reputated university in india as my percentage wasnt high enought so i culdnt get it...in 2010 i went for my visa interview in USA embassy and i had every documents with me...she asked me what i have been dng for last 2 years i honestly said what i was doing...still she refused me the VISA saying tht i am not a credible student for USA...now i am planning to apply again...what if she asked the same question again...I am really worried guys plz help
