260*260=67600, and 67600/110=614.5 ohms how to caluclate exact ohms in heetre s

Electrical engineering is based on mathematics , your multimeter is either faulty or you did not pay attention to the range/ scale

P= V square/R
R=V square/p p=110, General voltage =240V, R=50 ohms.

P=240*240/50 =1152 Watts,
please check the watts then calculate resistance.
