For cable selection we need supply voltage,load current and distence between source to load end ,then we can choose the size of cable and also it depends on meterial of cable,( cu/alu )..

70 ton=245280watt
I=245280/1.73x440x.8

=402 Amp
cable size 400sq.mm(3 phase +neutral)
