1.All transducers are sensors but all sensors are not transducers.(or)
2.All sensors are transducers but all transducers are not sensors.....

All sensors are transducers but all transducers are not sensors.
By definition a transducer is any device that converts one form of energy into another. While sensors are usually related to transducers, anything that fits in that definition is considered a transducer (a microphone, a power generator, a strain gauge, a photoresistor

Transducer converts one form of energy into another form & 
Sensor converts one form of energy into electric energy I.e. current, voltage etc.
so all sensors are transducers but all transducer are not sensors.
