We are using Powerica make 100 KVA DG set. Whenever i connect compressor on DG load (Compressor Make Atlas Copco 5.5 kva) that time we face the lot of fluctuation on Dg output. Can you please suggest me how can prevent this fluctuation?

Practical condition in 400KV Sub station:- Breaker(open) , isolator(open), Earthing (close) at both end e.g A & B. Now Open A Stn Earthing than Open B stn Earthing (Which have a 50MVA reactor) , AND suddenly show R,Y,B phase 704KV,573KV,118KV respectively. Que is without closing of breaker how it is possible.???? We have one Energy meter for Measuring the voltage,current,power,energy(KWH,KVARH,KVAH) & power factor.The problem is that the meter does not show whether the PF is lagging or leading.So i want to know that is there any way or calculation to find out that whether the PF sign (lagging or leading) depending upon the above mentioned parameters?
