Reactor is an inductor coil which is used during no load
conditions voltages increases due to line capacitance(long
distance). To reduce those increased voltages shunt reactor
is used which controls or take the voltage to normal voltage
level.

How can i run three phase bore well motor in 2 phase while i running it by using capacitor its ams increase to 23 ams the distance from motor to stater is 1600 feet
