1.Top Reinforcement laps not provide in Near Column because Shear force heavy in Junction.Provide Top Bar Lap in center of Clear Span.
2.Just Opposite Bottom Reinforcement lap not Provide in Center of Clear Span because their bending force is heavy. Provide Bottom Lap Near Column where bending force Minimum.
