See here the thing is that the temperature at which the steam is pure dry steam is called saturated steam temperature so we can say saturated steam means dry steam.where as a superheated steam having temperature more than saturated temperature.

In power plants, during expansion of steam in steam turbine we always require super heated steam. Saturated steam is used in food processing industry to supply heat at constant temperature.
