my company taken a hdfc car loan rs.355493/= but bank received
only 347345/= .after received the amount company purchase the
car. after that regular emi paid to hdfc bank.

We have purchased some good from our vendor and we asked them to transport the same to some address but they have raised a debit note to us for transportation instead of invoice.
