last year company profit is Rs 50.000 ,the part of the profit is transfer to reserve and surplus account . but the current year company suffering loss .in that situation company can take help Rs 25000 from reserve and surplus . if yes than how can ,please reply me what is general entry

i am working in pvt company as accountant. but i have one doubt in case of tds deduction. becouse we have paid Rs.25000/- to Just Dail Group account as a Advertisement Expences. I know Rules of Tds deduction Rule no: 194C any payment to contract (advertisement contract) must want to deduct tds (1.133%)if u paid advertisement expences more than Rs.20000/- (one time). but my doubt is this. how much our assessment value in this creditor. up to 20000 don't want to pay tds. r we only assessed value Rs.5000 (25000- 20000), ie Rs.56.65 or whole amount (25000)ie Rs.283.25. anybody can help me

My question is on Opening & Closing Stock Suppose Closing stock of 2014-15 is Rs 30 lakhs & Also we filed return & ROC too for 2014-15. Opening stock for 2015-16 should be Rs 30 lakhs but we found that some purchase for feb & March 2015 Stock has been entered in tally Its taken directly to purchase split of stock not made & in sales to same of 2 lakhs no split of stock is shown. Those stock need to make changes in 2015-16 what was the process ? And what will be adjustment entry ?
