I want to be team leader because I know if you have numbers of people to work but they do not have one to guide them, they can not do well and they will not be responsible. So I want to be team leader so that I can assist a team to be energetic, to be dedicated to their work. Because I have been in the same industry for more than two years I know How to handle a team and also I have a quality to work in a team and know to maintain the responsibilities provided by the management.

I want to be a team leader as i have worked in this industry for x years and this is a natural step forward. Over a period of time while working in this industry i have gained Knowledge and Experience and also developed skills and abilities required to succeed at this job.
I have great interpersonal skills which are required to motivate your team to perform the job at hand and achieve the goals set by the business.
