I want to be team leader because I know if you have numbers of people to work but they do not have one to guide them, they can not do well and they will not be responsible. So I want to be team leader so that I can assist a team to be energetic, to be dedicated to their work. Because I have been in the same industry for more than two years I know How to handle a team and also I have a quality to work in a team and know to maintain the responsibilities provided by the management.

actually what is the working of a call center? what is the method of process and how do they get source?
relate ur course to data analyst job...my course is BS Management..
