why battery dc voltage become Half when we check with respect to ground for example 120volts + and - terminals and when we check + terminal with Earth thats 60volts why 60volts same result on 24Volts and with ground 12Volts only expert answer that thanks we can not ground the battery.

I want to calculate how much capacitor we connect to maintain the unity power factor? Is there any formula? Pls give me the answer
can we make a electric generator, which can not use any type of fuel, air, solar, gas, thermal, coal, petrol, etc and able to produce electrical energy (or self electricity generating generator)
How to calculate main incomer rating of APFC Panel ? Let's say i want to find main incomer for 11kV, 1000kVAR Panel.
i am using auto transformer for starting of induction motor to provide reduse voltages...but the principle of a tansformer according to definition"which transform energy to on circuit to another circuit with constant power and constant frequency". so if i am using reduse voltage then current obsely hige because power is same.but we use auto transfarmer for starting of induction motor to give low current.but here according to definition we are giving hige current.
