I had applied for student visa in Dec 2010 and the visa was refused as the interviewer said that "I am not convinced". Then I again applied for visa interview in Jan 2011 and it again got refused for the same reason. Now I am getting chance to go to US for work (my company is sending me there). Will there be any problem in my L1 visa because of student visa experience in the past (like a month before my visa was refused?

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason  - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for  ?

Hi My name is Karan, i have been to US on B1 visa and also stayed there for 3 months, now all that my company is decided to send me on L1 Visa, now i have a problem in my education certificates, which i have lost in the transit while shifting or relocating to different places/locations and am not in the position to submit my certificate, even if it is required and i have lost hope on getting my certificates back, and tried all way to get it, now am worried that and just wanna know with my work experience of 12 years, and i have all the supporting documents with related to my work experience. i.e. Right from offer letter to relieving letter and with these documents will i be granted L1 Visa, and someone please let me know what are the verification procedure done to issue an L1 visa, please give me detail. After HSC, I did diploma in computer application and technology (full time 2 years consist 4 semeseter) hence i got admission in Bsc[IT] second year then i completed 2nd and 3rd year and have my Bsc[IT] degree. Now I have education like: SSC + HSC + 2 years DIPLOMA + 2 years OF BSC[IT] 10+2+2+2=16 my question is.. am i eligible to file L1-B visa through my company? as per the rules US needs 16 years of education or 15 years education + 3 years of experience. but i dont have that much experience. so please let me know whether my education can be treated as 10+2+2+2=16 YEARS?
