Take all Raw material other than Active material and mix it.

Placebo : All the excipient except active is placebo but their ratio is also matter .so prepare a pacebo according to batch indent eg a tablet of 650 mg Avg weight having active 500 mg have a placebo of 150 mg of all excipients in fixed proportion as in Batch
