if we say BA,devloper to do testing ,workload will be
more.they have lots of work to do..They cant do testing
perfectly.because testing is an important phase of sdlc.it
will effect on the project.increase cost ,time of project.
so tester have great role on it.

business analyst will tell developers how to develop their job is not to test they will have other work and developers will develop and they do positive testing or sometimes forget to test because developing an application is a complicated job but test engineers test do all the kind of testing like positive & negative testing they have to ensure that the application is free of bugs
