Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to
book for interview on September to go in October. He was
once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the
paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection
but we know that it was because there was no enough ties
for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would
come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right
reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the
papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply.

I attended H1B interview at Hyderabad consulate on 30/04/2009. I have been handed over with a 221G white form and asked to provide more documents from petetioner. hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
