am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US in the October. i am testing engineer. I would like to know that US company which filing my HIB is a consulting company,having 27 employees. They provided me all the documents,Ina come tax papers employees salary details,photos,Offer letter except Client papers. is it problem for me in embassy
What questions are being asked for H1B stamping at Hyderabad. I am in US currently and planning to get stamping done in Hyderabad when I visit India.

Hi, my file has been selected in 2008 quota. I've my file no. My consultant is not allowing me for stamping or interview till the market goes well in US. I dont have any other document except file no. can i go for stamping jst on file no. without knowing my consultant? I want to go US what should i do?

Hi, I have H1b approval for 2008 quota; I have not gone for Visa interview so far. I am planning to go for an interview in January 2009. Will there be any issue if I delay my interview schedule as US economy is going down steadily.
hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks

My H1B is sponsored by a US based company. Currently i am working in india .During processing of H1B i changed the present company in India. I have not provided the docs related to new company. Will it cause a problem in Visa stamping .My i129 has just got approved by USCIS.
