Backup) But I was working as a Sr. Associate in Kissom
software servicess. And my employer is planning to send me
for US for the process training and transition. Did i get a
US Business Visa (B1V).

How can you fix your travel plan without even getting your visa approval? What if I reject your visa..?

Hi, I have H1b approval for 2008 quota; I have not gone for Visa interview so far. I am planning to go for an interview in January 2009. Will there be any issue if I delay my interview schedule as US economy is going down steadily.

Hi, I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3 yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California (currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years). Qualification: B.com (Computer's) Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Looking for Desktop or Laptop technician job and hunting for sponsor. 1)Would I be eligible to apply for H1 visa? 2)Will US companies consider my BPO experience? 3)Shall I visit US again then look for the job and then come back to India then file H1 application? I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? Hi All, I have attended for H1 yesterday. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? Any one please let me know. Thanks in advance.
