If the on Of the DO module is off in the System cabinet,
then what is the Procedure to check weather the Module is
working or not.

If DO Module is OFF in system cabinets:
1.) Check status of the 24 V Power Supply (power supply LED
on the module)
2.) IF No LED is glowing then module is not getting power
supply.
3.) if power supply led is glowing then check any of the
Digital Output signal by simulating input.

Make forcing from PLC programming software to any output Channel in that DO, if output is on, LED is on means module is ok, otherwise it's faulty.
Other idea, is to replace module with similar one in the rack, if it's still off in second position that means it has a problem
