i had appear for rvnl interview on the basis of gate score in 2015. total 605 students were shortlisted for interview but vacancy was not declared yet. but we was supposed that there may have about 60 seat as psu generally called up 6 times candidates. interview furcated in 3 days. top gate scorer were called on 19 may then subseqiently on 20 and 21 may . there was 4 interview panel consists of three member . 2 of them were of technicl field.. i think they were IRS officers. and one of them was of HR field. interview was of half an hour. they asked about your college and major project to fresher candidates and then slightly came on topic. toughness level was based on panel. most of question was related to geotech and rcc. as draw the shear stress diagrqam for two way slab. difference between sand boiling and liquefaction. HR question was simple as they asked what wil you do if u become a railway minister. but one thing is noticebale if you hav site experience then you will b preffer. i had two year experience so most of question were asked to me about my site work and thensimple question of rcc. on 23 june rvnl declared there result. and i got selected.
