remove the failed disks from the dg
diskadm
if not, vxdisk rmdisk <diskname>
unconfigure from os
after replacement reconfigure to os
vxrecover -s

Put vxprint -g diskgroup name | grep disabled
Check the plex which is in disabled state.
you can use vxmend command to bring the plex offline and
online / clean and start the volume
