why do we do the experiments regarding motors(swinburns,
magnetization of dc shunt motor....) with constant speed

why do we do the experiments regarding motors(swinburns, magnetization of dc shunt motor....) with..

Answer / anthony p

Im mathematics, we always look for constant variables.
In communications, we use c for the speed of light in a
vacuum.
The same can be said here. If your speed is the same with
evey test, you have created a constant to compare your
findings with different types of motors, brands, etc.
If we compare all the data, speed should be a constant, so
voltage, torque, or temperature can be evaluated on
a 'level' playing field. (depending on the nature of your
devices)
