If a 15cm side cube is concreted with proper compaction then after 28 days of proper curing its minimum compressive characteristics strength will be 25 Mpa or N/mm2

M stands Mix design and 25 stands its compressive strength. A cube size of 150 mm X 150 mm X 150 mm is casting properly and keep it under water for 28 days, then after proper curing clean its surface and allow to a crushing machine then it gives a compressive strength of 25 n/mm2.
