with ta decoupling capacitor u cannt get o/p bcz it blocks
the DC and allows only AC .... is u dont us it it give the
o/p but it's DC only so no use to hav a DC voltage in O/P

In a bipolar junction transistor (take it an n-p-n BJT),,in comparison between EMITTER and COLLECTOR ,,who has higher negativity??
