with ta decoupling capacitor u cannt get o/p bcz it blocks
the DC and allows only AC .... is u dont us it it give the
o/p but it's DC only so no use to hav a DC voltage in O/P

if a crow sit on on current wire it will not fell current but a man touch it he get shock . why/
