Hoe do you weigh job satisfaction?..

If a person is able to earn enough money with respect in a
company and the organization provides you oppertunites to
prove yourself and remunation and promotions are based on
your performence,i would love to work for the org. where i
really get it.

job satisfaction...is mainly weighed on the grounds of the
work environment and also includes the role of superiors...
a healthy/friendly environment in the office also wit the
superiors...
recognized work..that is appreciation...and good growth in
the company is wat i'd call as job satisfaction.

getting enough opportunities to prove your worth and after doing so getting a good feedback and appraisal or increment on each task basis and not on yearly basis.
