2006-feb i rejected b1 visa in cheenai embassy. now i got
2008-09 h1b visa approval. which embassy i have to attend
h1b interview any other tips for get visa.

I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. hi all, My employer tcs has told me that they are filing for my h1 b visa but i am currently working in a domestic project. Will they file my visa or is it just another ploy to control attrition?

During H1 B visa interview sometimes they ask for "project description letter". I guess our boss should give this. But my boss asked me to draft the letter myself and he would sign it for me. Can anyone please tell me what needs to be in there. I guess a lot of details regarding project, could anyone tell me how long and what details need to be there. My interview is on the 11th of april 2008. If any one could provide a sample that would be really great. I would like to have some template kind of thing.
Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to book for interview on September to go in October. He was once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection but we know that it was because there was no enough ties for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply. Tina

Hi I got H1B in 2008 quota. It is not stamped on my passport yet. I had 8 yrs of Exp but Currently I am not working from last 9 months due to recession and some personal issue. My question is what will happen when my employer send me for visa processing? Do I face any Issue? Will My H1B visa stamped or not? Thanks
