HI Guys.My H1B visa petition got approved for the year 2008-
2009. I am filling the application form consulte intervew.
the questions currently i am working X company and i have
applied for H1 visa through Y company. but before this i
have applied for L1 visa through X company and when it
comes to RFE the X company has withdrawn the petition from
the USCIS. So now while filling DS-156 there are questions
like 1. is u r visa cancelled or revoked before? 2. Is any
other has applied for Immigrant visa on behalf of you
before? so what answers i have to give for above questions
since my X company withdrawn L1 visa petition from USCIS.
if i say NO/YES what will be the problem. pls answer if
anybody experienced this.

How much an H-1B visa, green card will cost for US immigration
Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1. When can i schedule for H1 interview ? 2. Is there any condition that I have to attend interview with in 1 month? 3. As i have 1yr 10months Exp., wat are my chances of getting H1B stamped ? Hi all, I attended for an interview on 3rd of Nov. They have asked very few questions abt Current employer , Experience and my previous US Visit. But somehow they were not confident abt US company. They have asked to come again with IT returns ,Unemployement wage report,Employee list of the US company on any working day to the Consulate. My US employer is ready to give those Doc. and they are genuine Documents. Can anybody had same exp. and what was the final outcome? Thanks in advance.

I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? My Consultant asking me 50K as a security Deposit. Kindly tell me what are all the document, to Appear in the H1B VISA? What is probability of getting VISA from Chennai Consulate?
