US consulate Chennai.Is it rush or normal?. any body H1B

The current situation is that if your interview is @ 11:45
you should be in the queue atleat at 10:00 , it takes around
2 hours of total process !! , the interview will be any
where between 3 mins to 7 mins , but the security check ,
the pre screening will take around 1:45 mins. make sure you
dont carry any mobile or any breifcase , care all docs in a
plastic bag , this will reduce your time to a great extent ,
if in case u carry mobile you need to pay 50 rs to just
store that , 50 rs for brief case . so better avoid that !!

Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?. Is it necessary to carry all the original docs of the employer like tax returns client agreements, etc can any on help me in getting answer
My H1B interview is scheduled next month. For docs relating to previous employer, I got only offer letter and experience cert only. I used to get salary in cash. I dont have pay slips also. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box in hyderabad consulate.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? Any one please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hi Guys Situation :- I am working in a Company X , and applied for H1 from a different company Y , and good part is that i have got through the H1, means i got the H1 visa stamped and it is valid till 2011 , Now my company X wants me to apply for B1 , so will the new applied B1 will effect the H1 ? Will the US consulate cancel the H1 to give the B1 ? As i am planning to go to US @ the End of this year i can leave the current employer , who is asking me to apply for B1 , Please reply !!
