Hi guys can any one answer my question, i am very confused, i am working for MNC in india, i have applied for the H1 B and got approved now i need to go for stamping but as i am in Australia, can i attend the interview from here.

Hi I am Ganapathy, My H1B got approved through my company. I am also planning to apply H4 for my wife & my kids. My problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate, but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage. My wife passport also carries my name Will this be sufficient for the interview please suggest

I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? My Consultant asking me 50K as a security Deposit. Kindly tell me what are all the document, to Appear in the H1B VISA? What is probability of getting VISA from Chennai Consulate? My H1B is sponsored by a US based company. Currently i am working in india .During processing of H1B i changed the present company in India. I have not provided the docs related to new company. Will it cause a problem in Visa stamping .My i129 has just got approved by USCIS.
