To check whether Tcp/Ip working try to ping loopback network
i.e; 127.0.0.1-255,if echo Packets aren't received Tcp/Ip is
not yet initialized cause icmp works on Tcp/Ip only

when we type netstat cmd you may see how many protocal working in our ip and how many foreign address we are connecting with which protocal we know like http and ftp
