what ever transtions in PO,AP,AR,INV, need import for the
subledger to ledger, we can import these
journal/transaction by monthly wise, bacth wise etc. then
we will post these transactions/journals

Importing journal means importing the datas in the
GL_Interface to General Ledger to make unposted journal
entries in the GL. The data comes to Gl_interface from
subledgers i.e-AP,AR,FA or from non-oracle legacy systems
through ADI.

Journal import is an interface used to bring journal entries from legacy systems and other modules into the General Ledger.(Specifically Journal Import gets entries from legacy data into the GL base tables.

The tables populated during journal Import are
GL_JE_BATCHES,
GL_JE_HEADERS,
GL_JE_LINES,
GL_IMPORT_REFERENCES

Hi, Friends i am Commerce Graduate (B.Com). I have completed my graduation in the year 2006. I have 3+ years of experience in Accouns. When i was in B.com 2nd year, since then i have been working as an Accountant. Apart from that i learnt Oracle Applications Finance from a Certified Partner of Oracle, but the thing is i dont have Oracle real time experince, and i want experience in oracle as Functional Consultant. Can i get job in oracle or i have to Procced in Accounts/Finance Field . Please advice me
