We will consider only the last drawn salary even though
basic salary changed every year of a employee.

(Last drawn salary (basic+DA)*total years of service*15)/26

gratuity=last month salary/26*15days*number of year

Gratuity = last month Salary (BASIC+DA) X 1/2(total years of service)
For Ex. = basic is 10000, DA is 500 & total working year is 7, calculation will be :-

(10000+500)x3.5= 36750
