Generally MCP ( manual call point)comes with hooter which is
a siren . It is used in fire alarm system. With MCP, the
event can be communicated from the place where hooter cum
MCP is installed, instead of coming back for announcement.

condition
mcp means MAN CALL POINT when fire occouring in the plant.
