In case of inductive load
the current will lags the
voltage always.....!!
so there is reduction in
terminal voltage .....!!!
so there is always lagging
power factor in the case of
inductive load
(the phasor diagram will
show the correct
explanation)
in inductor magnetic energy
is stored so when it always
opposes the change in
current
