Answer / guest

For running we use Cooper sulphate or red/blue Dykem , and
for static we may use Prussian blue.
The aim is to see the length of contact , the criterion for
deciding the alignment.
Noise and smoothness of running can also help serve as
indicators if the misalignment is gargantuan.
